Love is probably the best feeling in the world. It makes you feel warm inside, and that one person is like the sun of your universe. It's amazing until you lose it. Heartbreak is one of the worst feelings anyone will go through. It feels like someone reached into your chest and snatched out your heart, leaving a gaping hole in its place.
I fell in love with this guy named Carlos (not his real name.) We were together for five years, and I thought he would be the guy I marry. Forever didn't last and we broke up about two months ago. I want to share how I managed to get over a 5-year relationship so soon.
Wattpad is a site where writers and readers of different ages and backgrounds come together to share their stories. Wattpad has blown up over the years, increasing in users from newbies to professional writers. I joined Wattpad in 2011 and since then, have noticed several cliches.
My summer hair product journey came to an end with True by made beautiful.
You never hear women with straight or wavy hair say that their hair is hard to manage. Why do only women with kinky and curly hair say that their hair is too hard to, so they have to straighten it? It's not because straight hair is magical and that those with type 4 hair was born unlucky.
I know I'm late to the game with this one.
(Note: this review is for 4 type hair since that's the hair type I have in my head.) So this summer of 2018 I decided to test out different hair products on my hair to find my staple. I was very reluctant to try a different eco styler gel in fear of wasting money on another product, but I can't deny how cheap the product is and how well it does define my hair. Eco styler can last on my hair for a week, but I hate how crunchy it gets and how well it clumps my hair. When my hair clumps together, it looks like I don't have much hair on my head.
When I was in middle school, I wanted to be an actress. I have the best parents because they supported me. They took me to acting class, allowed me to get professional pictures taken, and one audition. My mom and I went to this audition where we waited for hours in line. We finally reach the front, and they turn me away before I could speak. At the time I had braces. It was a waste of time, and I was over the entire experience. Over time I realized that acting would've been a terrible career choice for me because I hate people.
Natural hair is more accepted than it's ever been. There are many natural youtubers online and many more natural hair blogs. There is an entire community that might not be as friendly as we think.
If you didn't know, I am an aspiring author. While I am trying to create a blog, my main passion is writing novels. I love to create stories. I like to create characters and weave their experiences together to form a plot. For those who believe that writing books are easy, I am here to debunk that myth. It's not easy. It's probably the most frustrating thing I've ever done in my life, but that's not what I'm going to discuss in this post. I can explain why writing novels are hard later. Today I want to focus on why I suck at writing Romance novels.
I want to wear a crop top.
Image is everything, especially in today's world where the media dictates how we dress, what we eat, and what we do. We obsess over how we look. A thin torso so and thick hips are in. People pay big money for fake breasts and butts to conform to what the media says is beautiful. You could be fat or skinny, but still look ugly. Hear me out.
Most people decide to quit their natural hair journey because they feel that their hair is hard to manage. They believe that their natural hair takes too long to do. It does take some time to one's hair depending on the style they're trying to achieve. A defined Wash n Go can take longer than an undefined afro.
You have to be confident with your hair to be a lazy natural. If you want perfect curls, then this guide isn't for you. Note that if your hair is not healthy enough, please take the time to do what is right for your hair. Do not sacrifice your hair for the sake of time.
Also, keep in mind that what might work for me, might not work for you. Everyone's hair is different.
